➖ Part 1: Surgical Soft Tissue Management in Implant Dentistry
9:00 – 13:00
This workshop aims to provide the course participants with the micro- surgical skills needed to perform various sot tissue grafting techniques in dental implant cases and perform aesthetic suturing techniques to maintain soft tissue stability and achieve good peri-implant soft tissue results.
This course will include a lecture and hands on workshop on animal heads to demonstrate the skills taught as part of this course.
✅ Aims & Objectives:
– Free connective tissue graft
– Full thickness gum graft
– Various flap techniques in implant dentistry
– Various suturing techniques in implant dentistry
➖ Part 2: Prosthetic Soft Tissue Management in Implant Dentistry
14:00 – 18:00
This workshop aims to provide the course participants with the prosthetic skills needed to prosthetically sculpture, contour, manage and maintain peri-implant sot tissue. It will cover
aesthetic temporisation, impression taking and final design of implant restorations in the aesthetic zone. This course will include a lecture and hands on workshop on building chair side aesthetic temporary crowns.

– Understanding the correct prosthetic design on biological maturation of peri-implant soft tissue
– Learning how to customise impression posts in aesthetic cases
– Understanding the importance of prosthetic design on long term soft tissue management.
